You're welcome

Ah yes, my control needs work whens it comes to raijin scroll. Especially when it comes to things like aiming mirrors while using and staying on narrow walkways (such as for misson 6). I think its just like you said however, just practice more with it and I should get use to the feel of it.
thank you for the link to yuxi's stage-4 run; it will be good to have a model to go off of as it is somewhat frustrating to go through the stage and figure out what enemies/items I need to kill, which I can skip, etc.
It is just as you said earlier; my goal is to do the stages for S-Rank quickly while just barely getting around 1300000 points; for some stages it is simple (I found I can do Stage-5 around 3' 30 now since I know I can just do enemy kills 100% and only worry about a few boxes which have chakra in them; I don't need to destroy anything else since I won't take damage) or stage-8 because it is somewhat linear and the enemies/doorways I need to destroy are on my path.
One question though, I am working on Stage-9 currently and I know you can kill nakatomi ninja bosses by charge attack in the back, but I want to do it at the start and Jamushi has two preset column patterns at the beginning:
a) he appears to the far left, at which case I need to start tateing at the far right
b) he appears at the far right at which case I start close to my left
In anycase, we all know if you kick or hit him he will dissapear and the tate will reset in a different pattern, so I try to to jump at just the right distance and buffer in my slash so I will be ready to charge but I have several problems; most of which the columns in these patterns are too small to get behind him safely and I cannot bait the projectile move due to lack of space or he hits me with melee attack. This is not a problem on normal mode, or with Hotsuma since it seems his charge move will kill Jumushi even from the front. I did it similarly with my run on Stage-3 where I did two consective charge moves standing from the base of the column. This works, and I have a time around 4' 30''...still I saw a video of a Hibana doing one-hit kill on hard but the pattern Jumushi was standing on was different (wasn't one of the ones he starts out with) and there was much more room to get the back tate.
So for the sake of saving time is my way okay, or is there another way to set it up? |
