It seem that you must input at least two tags for other people search you upload. Maybe you copy and paste the words below as tags would be a good way to solve you problem.

The blue pop-up window notices that "Network timeout! Please try again!"

If you cannot upload your files, you can just use YouTube. We will use the proxy software to see them.

So, you upload to *** and post the links here. Some one will get your video from *** and upload to youku. Some of us can visit ***.
