For new Xbox One Controllers that feature a built-in 3.5mm headset jack, there is a separate menu to adjust the overall volume and mic monitor volume. If you find that the default chat volume is too low, you can go to this menu to change the volume level.

1. Press the Xbox Button while in the Xbox One's Home Screen.

2. Go to the System tab (gear icon) >> Audio.

按白色xbox键呼出菜单，菜单上部有一个喇叭图标，点击后可调耳机音量
