Red Coin #3 - In the Twins' Room (2F). This is the room past the Boo Painting room. Exit the Twins' Room (2F) into the Foyer (2F).
Red Coin #4 - Foyer area (2F) near the stairs. Head up the stairs after this coin.
Red Coin #5 - Foyer area (3F). If this was Dino Crisis, I would add, "And make sure to have Slag Ammo loaded into Regina's Shotgun; ready your DDK and get ready to fight the T-Rex."
Red Coin #6 - On the thrid floor, head for the Spa (3F) using hte door. Exit the Spa (3F) after getting the coin and head for the Twins' Room (3F). This room is the third floor room with no visible door.
Red Coin #7 - In the Twins Room (3F) move the camera so the open door to the room is at the bottom of the screen. Bounce on the bed and enter airducts. Once in airducts (do not move the camera) head up and right to the shattered tile. You will drop into the Boo Poster Room (3F) that over the Storage Room (2F) with the Pineapples. In the Boo Poster Room, hop into the next room over (past the poster) and fetch the coin. Drop into the Storage Room (2F) afterwards.
Red Coin #8 - Inside the Storage Room (2F, where you got the pineapple to free Yoshi). Butt stomp the brighter tile in the Boo Poster Room to get here. Shine get your way back to the lobby and then it's, "Back to Tokyo" - I mean, town.
