据说原本是纪念列农的歌，原唱Oldfield Mike，我以前老早听过的就是一个瑞典歌手Dana Winner翻唱，这个版本非常好听，后来又被Groove Coverage翻唱成动感DJ版- -，再后来日本的KOKIA也翻唱过，也不错~~后来我又听了不少版本的- -不过最早原唱没找到，郁闷
一些资料
这首歌最初是英国的Mike Oldfield创作的，很多网上的资料都说这首歌是纪念被枪杀的John Lennon On December 8th 1980, in front of the Dakota, a supposed fan, Mark David Chapman, fired five shots, hitting John in the chest. By the time he arrived at the hospital, John Lennon was dead. 1980年12月8日，马克．查普曼伪装成一个歌迷，在列侬的公寓旁边徘徊了很久。那天晚上，当列侬从录音棚返回家中的时候，查普曼请列侬在他的签字本上签名。当时他内心曾进行过激烈的斗争，但最后仍然举起***朝着列侬的后背连开了5枪。和Moonlight Shadow中所写的He was shot six times by a man on the run倒是有点类似；但看了原版的MTV之后，我却觉得这首歌应该和John Lennon的被刺并没有直接联系
似乎男主角死于一场决斗中，这倒象是普希金，但不知道普希金的妻子娜达丽亚会不会这样来怀念他．查了一下资料，曾经有国外的歌迷透露，Oldfield说起这首歌的灵感来源于Tony Curtis主演的电影Houdini，霍迪尼传(Houdini)是美国派拉蒙公司于1953年7月2日上映的电影，故事梗概如下：在举世闻名的幻觉大师哈利胡迪尼逝世十年后，他的遗孀贝丝找上一位灵媒,来为她召唤亡夫的鬼魂，之后便以倒叙手法回顾胡迪尼传奇的一生
但我觉得创作这首歌的才华出众但却忧郁无比的Mike Oldfield未必有所特指，或许没必要多去考证了，只需要静静溶入歌中空灵纯净的月光中即可
今天早上起来翻译了一遍这首歌，英文能力有限，不知道能否和原文的意境相符．在翻译的时候，不由得想起了普希金，那个死于丹特斯枪下的天才诗人，叹息
