I'm not sure of the exact requirements but get to just before the fight with Gene, maybe as early as after the second Null fight.
Put max spies or at least some in the Harbor, Silo Complex, Power Substation, Town, Airport, Western Wilderness.
You probably have to beat the game at least once aswell.
我并不确定准确的获取方法,但最好是在打败GENE之前,并且能在第二次和NULL战斗之后早些(在打Cunningham之前也是可以的)
把最多数量的间谍至少放在Harbor, Silo Complex, Power Substation, Town, Airport, Western Wilderness.
而且你最好通关一次了!!
重要补充!!!在AIRPORT的那个黑色西服的人只能逼问,不能俘虏!!!
First put some spies on the Harbor until you get this mission:
首先在Harbor放间谍直到你取得如下任务
Just go down to the hull of the ship and Ghost will contact you:
接上面的任务,去Ship的底部，这时Ghost会联系你
Then go to the Power Substation and wait around here:
去Power Substation并且在安置TIME BOMB的附近周围等敌人出现
Interrogate him and he will give you a codec number:
逼问他，他会给你CODEC,为145.61
Go to the Silo Entrance and head for the X on the map:
去Silo Entrance ，到地图白色的X处
Campbell will contact you telling you about the door:
Campbell 将联系你，并告诉你这个门要用一个频率开门
Stand in front of the door and message 145.61 the door will unlock:
用145.61开启
Pick up the Blueprints:
拿到Blueprints,合金装备的蓝图
A new report will tell you about a person at the plant so go to the plant:
新的报告告诉你PLANT有可疑人物出现,就是Sokolov啦
Go here on the map:
去地图这里
And Sokolov will be recruited:
Sokolov 拯救成功
Go back to the Silo Entrance:
回Silo Entrance,进入该地区
Campbell will message you even though there was no spy report:
即使没有间谍的report,,,Campbell 也仍然会通知你有任务
Go to the walkway on the second level of the building where the RPG is. There is a Commander walking around there. Interrogate him:
去放置RPG火箭筒的2层,有个军官(注意,不是拿火箭筒的军官,是放置火箭筒的2层有个普通军官),逼问他
A report will come in from the Town:
TOWN会有报告出现
(一级警告!!!!!:如果TOWN没出现报告,那就是你没有符合之前的前提,亦即之前在airport的穿黑色西服的人不能抓他,只能逼供)
Go to the town at inside this building on the map:
去TOWN的指定地点
Interrogate him he'll mention the airport:
逼问他,他会提到airport
Go to the aiport and up to the third floor and interrogate the guard up there (ignore the number for now):
去aiport 3层,逼问
You'll get a report about the guest house:
得到guest house报告
Go here in the Guest House:
去guest house的这里
Interrogate the Officer twice to get him to tell you about the locker:
逼问Officer 两次,获得关于locker的事
You'll get a report about the Western Wilderness:

I don't know if it's necessairy but interrogate the guard near here:

He'll talk about the guy hating Gene:
after that , I captured the grunt and the official in the basement prison (not sure if this is required:

然后抓Western Wilderness的 黑色西服的人,在底部监狱里(这个时候***已经没有利用价值了,因为你再逼问他,他只会说,don't kill me[s:003] )

Go to the Security Base and this point on the map:
去Security Base 的指定点
Open the locker and a cutscene will occur:
打开locker ,会有字幕出现!!!然后放弃任务
Go to the Comm Base to this point:
去Comm Base 这里
Eva will say she'll be there in one weeks time:
EVA说她一周后将在那里
Go toward the Airport:
去Airport
I don't think the spies will announce when she arrives so just keep going there and aborting the mission:
我认为间谍不会报告,当EVA到达那里,所以最好去那一趟,并放弃任务
备注:这里的意思就是不停的进airpotr,放弃任务,这样几个来回
Eventually Campbell will contact you:
最终Campbell 会联系你,我一共有5个来回就CALL我了
Head to the top of the airport:
去airport顶部
Eva will crash:
EVA发生坠机!被导弹击中
Your spies will report Eva in the Western Wilderness:
间谍报告EVA在Western Wilderness
Go to this point in the map:
去地图这里
And you rescued her:
去救她
And she'll be unlocked:
人物解锁
Now go to the Ravine and head to this spot:
去Ravine 的指定点
Pick up the key there:
取KEY
Then head here:
还是在Ravine 到这里用刚才取得的KEY开门
And go to the communication equipment:
去communication equipment
Ocelot will say he'll think about joining you:
Ocelot 说他想要加入你
Now beat Gene:
然后打败Gene,通关
Save the game, load that save to start a new game. Play until it allows you to save. Save then exit and load again. New Soldier Found:
存档,读党,开始新游戏,OK,3个人收到!!!
