链接eShop出现错误：2124-8007，怎么解决？

家里用的是移动网络，偶尔能登得上eShop，经常出现2124-8007这个错误代码，这个是网络问题吗？用个加速器能解决这个问题吗？

移动10%几率可以进去，进去之后还算正常

用手机做热点吧，几乎百分百进，网速还快

You are unable to link a Nintendo Account to your Nintendo Switch console and receive the error code 2124-8006 or 2124-8007.
Additional Information:
This error code indicates an issue with the DNS used, or that the connection timed out.

好像是这样。。。官网是这么说的。

我的移动网最近也经常这样，不挂ss都是这错误，以前裸连进商店都没问题的，头疼，手机热点也一样
