战争机器兑换码问题

战争机器终极版已经通关，网战也联过，虽然只到了2级
为什么我一直没受到兑换码
我是港版的机器，美服的账号，有金会员
我看论坛上有人说需要换IP？说是国内IP领不到？
怎么换IP，有人告诉我具体的方法么？先谢谢大家了~

不用换什么IP 等就行了肯定会送的我3个帐号都收到了
都是国内IP 有两个帐号还是送的金会员试用都收到了

找客服的话，登录你的microsoft账户，support > Contact Us，选设备 > xbox one > game ..... 最后选chat

客服不会给你发码，但可以帮你看看账户状态，有没有联网玩过GOW UE的记录等等

从没联过网，也收到了兑换码。我记得最开始买一送三的时候就没提过联网的事情。
