webMAN MOD v1.33.04

    Fixed a bug swapping PS2 emus
    Added IP filter when remote access to FTP/WWW services is disabled.  So only the local IP and the specified remote IP are allowed when the  "bind" flag is enabled. Partial IP mask can be used.
    Added missing /CLOSEFILE when remote PARAM.SFO is cached
    IP for nethost #1 and IP filter are auto-filled when the option not check marked. It also shows your remote IP
    Added option to read external .SFO from ISO
    /index.ps3 now can be accessed while it is scanning for content. Previous versions returned a "server is busy" error.
