Hi there:
I'm facing a technical problem with PS Store application of my PS3 model 4012C.
When I try to open PSS, a blue background shows up without any content. I have to press PS button to exit.
Then I tried to delete PSS application and reinstall it. After successfully downloading a 65 MB file and installing it, there's a message shows that PSS has a problem and ask me to re-open.
But nevertheless I re-open PSS application, same message shows up.
I confirm network connection is OK. I live in Mainland China and set my PS3 system language as Simplified **.

Regarding your enquiry, please kindly try to create another user and login with the same account for testing. It might be the faulty data of your current user. Please do back up your save data before testing.
