日亚首发版蓝灯了,按照日亚要求,先后咨询索尼
1、蓝灯是否机器故障 回答:让我找朋友带回日本检测。
2、能否提供MSDS 回答:不提供国际运输的MSDS。日版机只能在日本境内使用,带出日本不负责保修,就算还在保修期内
3、能否保留手柄? 回答:他们只负责售后,能否保留手柄,取决于日本亚马逊
日亚的退货政策:
1、30天内全额退款,超过30天要扣除20%。
2、提供DHL到付账号(但是必须要邮回带电池手柄、这是一个死循环)
3、如果DHL不能邮寄带电池的手柄的话,建议使用其他快递,比如船运。但是邮费自付。
4、退机必须完整,不能自己付费买下手柄。
本帖主要咨询能否自己拆手柄,取出电池。
相比美亚,日亚差了一截,相比日亚,索尼就是渣。
