2月12日下单,Fifa同捆版,449英镑(现在跌到429英镑),实际加慢邮费用共382英镑,2月13日亚马逊显示发货,之后状态就再也没更新,电子邮件询问亚马逊客服,说是让我再等等。大家有碰到过这种单号都在dhl.de上查不到的现象吗?还是不是在那里查?
2月25日更新:在经历了12天的等待后,今天收到封英国亚马逊的电子邮件,顿时有种不详的预感。
以下为邮件全文:

We are writing to let you know that one of your packages (#205-0135571-4051511) has been returned to our fulfillment centre as undeliverable. Some common causes for undeliverable packages are listed here:

后来经过与亚马逊客服的交涉,对方表示不能送达的可能性很多,最有可能的是运送单上字迹模糊,运送单遗失导致,怪不得DHL上一直找不到这个单子的跟踪信息。
于是用我老婆的亚马逊账号重新买了一次,由于FIFA套装已经跌价,再加上亚马逊客服Karen考虑到我的这个情况,给我免了慢邮的运费,算了一下大概便宜了近300人民币,新的等待即将开始,预计到货日期3月21日。 |
