信用卡基本都这样的，单银联的反而少

单银联的是单币信用卡
如果单币信用卡需要美金，使用人民币结算
他没有单独的美金账户的

银联也好 visa也好只是一种标识
中国银联 就是银联标识，有银联才能跨行跨区用
visa是另外一个国际组织的标识

都有的意思就是在国内也能用 出国有visa的地方也能用

在国外办卡就会有单独visa的，但是国内银联都是必须的，所以就是visa和银联双标识
