关于二手游戏。原文：Microsoft does not charge a platform fee to retailers, publishers, or consumers for enabling transfer of these games.  
二手游戏微软不会收取任何平台费，无论对于消费者，销售商还是出版商

关于二手游戏的赠送。原文：Xbox One is designed so game publishers can enable you to give your disc-based games to your friends. There are no fees charged as part of these transfers. There are two requirements: you can only give them to people who have been on your friends list for at least 30 days and each game can only be given once.
可以将光盘版的游戏赠送于好友，无任何费用。但有2个条件：接受者必须是在你的好友名单里且存在30天，每个游戏只能赠送一次

关于二手游戏费用的问题。原文：In our role as a game publisher, Microsoft Studios will enable you to give your games to friends or trade in your Xbox One games at participating retailers. Third party publishers may opt in or out of supporting game resale and may set up business terms or transfer fees with retailers.  Microsoft does not receive any compensation as part of this. In addition, third party publishers can enable you to give games to friends. Loaning or renting games won’t be available at launch, but we are exploring the possibilities with our partners.
MS作为游戏发行商时，MS允许你赠送朋友或者二手X1游戏。但是，第三方出版商可能会根据他们的游戏的具体情况对零售商设定某些商业条款或过户费，MS不会跟这些费用或者条款有任何的牵连。第三方出版商可以对他们的游戏是否可以赠送享有决定权利，游戏在发售时不可以租借，但是我们仍然在和合作伙伴们探讨这条的可行性。

（这意思就是：微软自家的游戏绝对不会因为二手游戏向玩家收取任何费用，但是诸如EA,UBI这些第三方的游戏要不要收二手费是由第三方他们自己决定。另外redbox和gamefly这两家租借游戏商的生意可能不会那么好了···）

关于X1的联网问题

X1对网络环境的要求、原文：For an optimal experience, we recommend a broadband connection of 1.5Mbps. (For reference, the average global internet connection speed as measured recently by Akamai was 2.9 Mbps).
为了体验最佳效果的X1，我们推荐有1.5M的宽带接入。( 参考，最近测量的结果显示全球平均带宽水平为2.9M)

X1对网络接入的必要性。原文：With Xbox One you can game offline for up to 24 hours on your primary console, or one hour if you are logged on to a separate console accessing your library. Offline gaming is not possible after these prescribed times until you re-establish a connection, but you can still watch live TV and enjoy Blu-ray and DVD movies.  
X1允许你在自己的X1上进行最多24小时的离线游戏或在其他主机进行1小时的离线登陆以访问自己的游戏库。在上述时限过后，将不可以离线游戏直到你再次接入网络，但是你仍然可以看蓝光电影······

其实说白了，索尼和微软两家对二手的策略基本是一样的：我自己不收费，第三方收不收费他们自己定，跟我没关系····所以最近EA说要取消Online Pass应该是正在研究这个收费政策
