2012洛杉磯動漫博覽會已由NIS確認《魔界戰記 5》開發中，具體詳細信息并未透露，平臺應該是PS3

During the Anime Expo 2012 in Las Angeles, Nippon Ichi Software confirmed that the company is currently developing the next Disgaea title. This will be the fifth game in the series.

The news came during a Q&A with Souhei Niikawa, president of Nippon Ichi Software (NIS) during the event. The company has not released any media for the title, (screens, teaser-trailer, artwork) but only confirmed that the title is being developed.
