In his first column, El Penny recently made the statement “we all know XIV is under development”. This was his opinion, not a fact. I (Gunsmith) have no idea if XIV is under development, and it is my understanding that many plans depend on the success of XIII. I would like to apologise to our Japanese and French friends who have misunderstood this.

El Penny will be writing a column from time to time, giving his opinions of the scene and the community but this does not necessarily reflect those of myself or anyone else.
