Added support for downloading compatibility entries through the Internet from the OPL-CL service.
Changed hasCompatibilityMode of iosupport.h to flags, so that it can also be used to indicate the lack of support (by APPS mode) for network updates.
Network update feature notes:
1. User-modified records will not be updated during a global network update, unless the user specifically updates the record.
2. When compatibility records are downloaded, the existing file is merged with the downloaded one to preserve any custom theme variables that the user might have. *
3. Network update will require the DNS server's address to be entered.
4. The DNS server setting cannot be saved when entered as a static address, as the homebrew IPCONFIG.DAT file does not store this information.
*As there is currently no standard for the theme variables, only information related to compatibility modes (currently only the compatibility mode flags) will be copied over in order to avoid breaking Jay-Jay's themes.
