帮楼主说话,最近我机器也被BAN了。8002A227.如下是邮件。如果你们还不相信我回去照相发上来。邮件地址和姓名隐去

又重新查了一遍我登陆过的账号,都很正常,没有使用欠费信用卡等购买游戏。而且我邮箱地址注册的港服账号才刚申请PLAYSTATION@PLUS不久。不知道为什么今天登陆失败且出现8002A227.请客服帮助查看下。谢谢

关於阁下的查询,但根据资料,你的香港地区帐号并无出现任何问题,可正常使用(你的帐号应可於其他主机上登录)。若英国地区客服封锁你的主机,该为你主机曾有登入英国地区帐号,并且出现欠款丶交易记录或其他违反使用者条款的问题出现,而他们亦无法查询有关香港地区帐号,故你需向他们提供你的英国地区帐号方可查核资料。

I am sorry to learn of your continued diffi***ies surrounding your PlayStation Network (PSN) Account.
Due to the fact that we are PlayStation Support for the UK, we cannot access your Hong Kong Account, therefore we cannot see why your ban has been enforced. The fact that the account was banned by a UK official is irrelevant, and as such, assistance regarding information surrounding the ban must be sought from the PlayStation Network Support team in Hong Kong. Regardless of the region responsible for your ban, assistance must always be provided by the region that your account is linked to e.g. a UK account that may have been banned by a Japanese official would have to be dealt with by the UK Support team.

现在的情况就是问香港说英国BAN的MAC地址,我香港账号正常,他们不管。问英国就让提供详细信息打电话,注册欧服的时候地址,昵称全忘记了,回复过去人家又不给查,给MAC地址也不给查。
看了不少美国论坛,美国人也不少是被英国BAN机器的,同样是8002A227,美国官方解释是BAN机器4天到永久。 |
