Heavy Rain dev has 'written next game'

Producer of Quantic Dream's Heavy Rain, David Cage, has confirmed that he's already written his next game, which he says will be with us sooner "than you think".

"I have written the next game," Cage straight up told GameTrailers. "I have a very clear idea - it's not fully written, it's still in the synopsis stage but I have a very clear idea of where I want to go next."

Cage again reiterates his view on straying away from a sequel: "I don't just want to make some kind of sequel. I really want to continue to explore and discover new things and experiment. This is what I'm really excited about."

Of his next project, he goes on to hint: "It's going to be very different and it it's going to be very surprising."

How far off is it? "Maybe [sooner] than you think," said Cage..
