Broken Steel 的Rockland Car tunnel 鎖了不能進入

看了wiki 都沒有寫到解決辦法....玩不下去了, 這遊戲bug真多

- When the Player goes to the Rockland Car Tunnel, the outside gate will be key locked, and there is no sight of Paladin Tristan or The Brotherhood of Steel, instead, there are 2 Giant Radscorpions wandering around.
