我也觉得你换硬盘或者格式化一下硬盘，再安装OS，试一下，硬件坏掉的可能性不大。

The RSoD isn't a mainstream problem, at least not as popular as the YLoD or the RRoD. A majority of the cause of RSoD is mainly due to fault of corrupted files in your hard drive, like virus, unfinished firmware update, etc.

One way you can fix this is by replacing the hard drive inside your PS3 with another formatted hard drive while backing up your PS3 hard drive into your computer/laptop. Doing so may cause you to lose your save files and other files that were on your PS3, unless you know how to transfer your save files from your computer to the PS3. As for the games, you can download it as many times as you like as long as it's on your PS3.

But if you're still under warranty, then I suggest you send it in to Sony. From what I heard, it didn't take very long to send the unit and receive the unit back from Sony.

现在P3的系统全在硬盘上
你试下换个硬盘重按系统看看
