Kaka demands ?5m Manchester City get out clause for next January

Kaka has demanded get out clauses allowing him to quit Manchester City next January if the club is not competing for the title.
The escape fee would be set at ?5 million - around half what the Abu Dhabi owned club have offered to sign the Brazilian superstar in a world record deal.
This means he would be able to pocket a fortune in cash for 12 months and then leave for a fee which clubs such as Real Madrid or Barcelona could afford..
