关于 homebrew channels 的那部分内容被加上删除线了

<marcan> I just performed some magic and confirmed that having the homebrew channel installed and installing an update to the system menu that uses the IOS37 will brick your wii, unless Nintendo specifically addresses this problem in a new system menu. There is a simple way of avoiding this: simply delete the channels before updating.

大概是说除非老任特意屏蔽，否则 homebrew channels 不会让你的机器升级后变砖。不过预防万一，在升级之前最好删掉 homebrew channels

如果双频修复用得也是 homebrew channels 相关的技术，那也就是说修复双频之后以后的升级会变砖的可能性将没有之前说的那么确定。不过这也属于猜测，目前还是得等待 Wii Duplicated Channel Remover  的作者做解释……

好像减肥的原理就是先通过解密工具把ISO文件打开，然后把里面的所有冗余文件的数据都清0，这样压缩的时候文件可以小很多，具体不是很清楚，不过减肥的步骤里用没用过trucha之类的工具就不清楚了，如果用了的话以后就不能玩了
