亲测，第一次loading来说，天蝎内置的硬盘跟外置7200rpm的移动硬盘速度基本一致，多次退一个游戏，再进一个游戏读取进度的话，可能有cache，两者速度也基本一致。（不过sshd就不知道了，我买的时候，特别纠结买7200rpm机械还是sshd，最后选了7200rpm机械硬盘。sshd我在ps4pro用过，因为pro是内置，而且那时候玩仁王之类的，死了读得很快）。

老外评测也说明了，反复读一个产生cache是不准的，以下是原文。

不过7200rpm硬盘和5400rpm硬盘（我把pro退下来的1TB 5400rpm放到移动硬盘盒接到xbx上试了下，发现5400rpm读取速度明显小于内置硬盘和7200rpm硬盘

Just be careful with the data, as the test doesn't show the five test runs. There is caching going behind the scenes that can make this data completely incorrect if the author of the linked article as claimed did 5 subsequent tests right after each other. After the first tests, the data would have been cached.
We wouldn't know more until we actually see the 5 test run individually.
However, SSHD has a typically a 8-16GB cache so we need to flush the cached data prior to doing the next test run. Most people don't reload the same game repeatedly unless you die and start over. Happens to me a lot! :)

Exactly. Loading up a game you haven't played yet is going to be just as fast as any other hard drive. After that it loads faster, but your previous game would be slow again.
This is essentially useless if you actively play a lot of different games.
