我的电脑上xbox app 下载了忍龙2black玩得好好的，为了玩到4k画质，我特地换了5080显卡，所以重装了windows

重装系统后再进xbox app，居然给我这个提示：

你好像碰到了我差不多的问题，我也是重装系统，之前系统里的app和游戏都没删，后来下载app发现游戏下载不了了，幸好那个游戏是试玩版，下不了就下不了，之后我就知道了微软这个app不玩了一定要删掉。

电脑上地区切成香港试试呢？

油管上有人遇到同样问题，解决办法如下

Step 1) Run Gaming Services Repair Tool
Step 2) Logout and Login with correct account on Microsoft Store, make sure date, time, time zone and region are correct
Step 3) Go to Microsoft store library and try installing from it
Step 4) Run this powershell command
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
Step 5) Delete Microsoft Store Local Cache Files
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe
Step 6) Run WSRESET command
Step 7) Repair/reset Xbox App/Store
Step 8) Update Store from store library
Step 9) Install Xbox identity provider and Gaming services

Uninstall remains of gaming service
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
Install Gaming service
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
Step 10) Start all these services
IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming services
Windows Update
Microsoft install service
Step 11) Update Windows
Step 12) Run inetcpl.cpl command
Step 13) Try installing to C drive/Different Drive
Step 14) Uninstall and reinstall Store/Xbox App
Get-AppxPackage -allusers WindowsStore | Remove-AppxPackage
Reboot your computer
Get-AppxPackage -allusers WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
Step 15) Update Windows to the latest version using media creation tool

重装系统后地区是不是默认的大陆？改成新加坡，香港，台湾试试看

我的xgp的确没有改过一直是香港。难道是改windows的地区
